• Lead the plan to certify SESP as certified training provider by KACARE for Solar PV Designer & Solar PV Installer training program.
• As approved and lead trainer by KACARE, performing training for Solar PV Designer and Installer program. Till now 450 trainees have been trained.
• Responsible for liaising SESP with potential partners like REPDO, SEC, DNV GL, SEI, Maersk Training, CENER, King Saud University.
• Involved as a team lead with Maersk Training to established first ever KSA Global Wind Organization (GWO) based training at SESP which will furnish the local manpower requirement for developers like edf and Vestas
• Involve in management level stakeholder engagement and negotiations.
• Performing Business Development for SESP to promote training programs nationally and internationally at various forums.
• Worked on GE E-Terra (Energy Management System) to train PSD trainees.

As Researcher and Technical Support Engineer, I was part of TaQati project for the deployment of Renewable Energy farm at King Saud University. Details of my work are as follows

• Performed troubleshooting and maintenance of complete PV plant and Grid connection.

• Installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handing over of electrical works in accordance to project specification within the designated time frame.

• Planning, inspection and supervision of complete electrical activities on site. Supervised Installation of Power panel, Control Panel boards.

• Worked with internal departments of the Riyadh Techno Valley and coordinated with Taqati engineers regarding testing and planning procedures.

• Participating in designing and field-testing of plant and assessed research impacts and study techno-economic analysis for PV plants using System Advisory Model (SAM) and PVsyst.

• Part of commissioning team comprises of KSU Engineers and German Company (STS) related to Heliostat field (Concentrated Solar Power) for Electricity Generation. Tasked with evaluating automation system of whole field and initial commissioning of heliostats.

(High Voltage Testing)

• Performed Offline condition monitoring using Tan Delta Technique and Online PD testing for power cables.

• Performed qualification tests for LV and MV Transformers at KSU High Voltage Laboratory.

• Developed Training manuals for undergraduate engineering students in the field of Safety Training (OSHA related Electrical Safety concepts).

• Assist Chief supervisor in research activities and develop research papers based on experimental and stimulative analysis.
