·Monitoring flow of materials First in First out basis • Supervise the daily operation of the Finished Goods Warehouse in quality of order preparation by ensuring that picking and packing of orders are 100% correct for local orders in order to provide the best quality of customer service.
• Monitor inventory stock level by constantly cycle counting the stocks and conducting annual and quarterly stock takes to ensure the accuracy of the inventory.
• Storage management in the Warehouse by storing paints in proper places so as to ensure that paints are not unduly exposed to elements which may deteriorate or spoil the paints.
• Submitting internal orders to making sure that the warehouse have the minimum stock level of F.G.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the Warehouse by ensuring that staff adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations and practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Plan and organize all incoming orders for delivering to customers
• Implement and control an efficient delivery system, in terms of quantities and schedule.
• Establish and monitor control systems for the operations of the department including inter dept. communications and co-ordination and handling customer complaints.
• Follow up Customer orders and making sure entire orders has arrived on customer site.
• Manage urgent orders by sales and customer and make sure delivery is done properly.

• Arrange with the planning and purchase dep. to increase the warehouse capacity to maximum. .

• Make sure that the document cycle is accurate.
• Ensure that the EOHS (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements are implemented by all warehouses personnel.
• Lead warehousing team towards achieving company's goal with minimum cost.
• Manage teams to achieve the 100% on time and complete
• Manage with inventory committees to simplify the inventory process.
