Projects
Implement 5 new stores (2 KFC and 3 Krispy Kreme) all over the kingdom with budget 6 million SAR.
Renovate more than 10 KFC and 6 Hardee’s stores with budget 12 million SAR.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the site acquisition team to develop and build new stores in compliance with specifications set by franchisers.
Responsible for refurbishing existing stores.
Prepare preliminary site survey with detailed project construction requirements and constraints.
Measure and reports on performance of all contractors and consultants.
Liaise and manage external consultants and contractors to complete the projects.
Liaise with Design team to ensure project is executed as per design parameters.
Ensure all necessary consents are obtained for works, including planning, building control, landlords, etc.
Prepare bi-monthly progress reports.
Prepare signage, furniture, and all other owner provided packages by liaising with approved sub-contractors
Projects Manager, Saudi Tadawi Healthcare Company, Riyadh, KSA (Feb 2016 - Present)
Established in 2005 after a merger between a retail pharmacy operator and a pharmaceutical wholesale operation, operates the third largest retail pharmacy chain in Saudi Arabia with 420 pharmacies and a workforce of over 1, 500 employees.
Projects
Implement more than 25 new branches all over the kingdom with budget 7 million SAR.
Renovate more than 75 branches all over the kingdom with budget 18 million SAR.
Responsibilities
Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
Lead the fit-outs, construction and space planning of more than 80 retail and polyclinic pharmacies among the Kingdom.
Facilitates overall outlets strategy, works with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans including monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential issues, and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance.
Handling the maintenance for around 420 retail and polyclinic pharmacies, warehouses and head office.
Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all specifications. Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site and represent company in all project meetings.
Coordination between internal-client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.

An international construction services company was launched in early 1933 building everything from highways and bridges to luxury residential and hotel projects.
Responsibilities
Directing and managing space planning, renovations and fit-out projects for new and existing facilities.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Coordinate project management activities, maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, resources, equipment, budgets and information.
Determining project changes and develops projects strategies. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified budget and time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishment.
Allocate office space according to needs.
Leading a big team of masons, painters, carpenters and wall paper/vinyl installers.
Executing, implementation and supervising finishing schedule with various materials for predesign drawings with cooperation with design office and workshops and applying any modifications or designs as per site condition
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards, advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Oversee all on site activities to ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with engineering design.
• Take corrective actions as needed and consult with the bank’s consultants to resolve issues arising during construction.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors/suppliers performing work on site.
• Prepare oversight reports documenting the progress to date.
