• Follow up Site planned activity and execution schedule and WBS and highlighted the all-weak
activities.
• Follow up all associated MEP WIR-TIR-Inspections, procurement and project risk related
Activities on priority basis.
• Managing all regulatory agencies and communicate & negotiating in support of client's
projects completion.
• Maintain records of mechanical approvals, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Supervise factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning, and system integration testing.
• Support O&M- Warranties, Parts, Maintenance contract smooth handover to operations and
maintenance teams.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and approve mechanical systems, ventilation systems, fans, dampers, fire & life safety systems, smoke control systems, and emergency response equipment.

• Prepare periodic reports on mechanical progress, risks, and performance.
• Follow-up snag list issue up to completion work of each department related to Site Instructions, NCRs.
• Contractor Executed work -payment invoice verification.
