Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions
Understand and adhere to the requirements of company’s quality policy
Follow-up for collection of payment
Perform other official duties as assigned.

Maintaining and foster relationships with existing customers in person telephone calls and mails
Gathering clear understanding of customers business and requirements
Preparation and management of business proposals and product comparison to facilitate customers efficiently
Negotiating on delivery and specifications with customers and liaising with distribution department to check the progress of existing orders
Kept tabs on competitors, analyzing their successes and failures and evaluating their impacts on the market
Assisting assistant manager to complete the daily tasks
Perform other official tasks assigned by the management.
