Project Highlights: Constructing Commercial Strip Mall in Hufof city. The mall
consists of main building (Cinema theaters, 45 shops and
common areas) and other subsidiary structures such as
service building, underground tanks and Drive-Thru Building.
Operation the mall for 8 months and handing over shops to
tenant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing tender documents (scope of work, Specs, BOQ, ..etc).
• Managing Bidding.
• Contract Administration.
• Site Supervision.
• Heading weekly meetings with contractors.
• Cost Control and Billing Management.
• Managing Scope of work and Change orders.
• Coordinating and managing all involved contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitoring Projects Timeframe and rescheduling as needed.
• Preparing monthly Infographic reports to show construction status.
• Controlling requirements and early engagement of Tenants.
• Involved in initial operation of the mall and tenants relation.

Work : Designing/planning/3D modeling for several small projects
(residential and commercial projects). Work including -:
Architectural conceptual Design, Detailed design, Construction
System Design, Interior Design, Site supervision, developing 3D
Models with VR, Managing construction activities for private villas,
quantity surveying and Landscape design.

Project Highlights : Constructing Mega Petrochemical Plant, Assigned for
Buildings Unit (SDL-Buildings-730) which includes
constructing of 53 Buildings in different scales and types
(Cast in situ, Precast and Pre-engineered) andincludes office
buildings, warehouse, Mosques, Dining Facilities, Fitness
Center, Gatehouse and Chillers Buildings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing All Quality related activities of main contractors.
• Ensure the field construction organization is monitoring the Quality of thework in
accordance with the approved Schedule Q, Site Quality Plan, Inspection and Test
Plan (ITPs).
• Review and approve ITPs and MS (method statement) based on SADARAs
Specifications and requirements.
• Verify that reported errors, flaws, or items that do not conform to specifications have
been corrected and the actions taken have been correctlyrecorded.
• Taking part in the definition of corrective actions and ensuring the correct
implementation of the resolution of any non-conformities.
• Review/verify material specification for project materials to ensure it meets
specifications and project contract documents.
• Lead Weekly Meetings with all main contractors and subcontractors to discussand resolve
all pending quality issues.
• Participate and arrange for workshop to resolve all controversial
field/Engineering issues.
• Monitor and ensure that a comprehensive record of Quality documentation and
certification of work is maintained and assist in the satisfactory handover of the
completed project to the client.
• Preparing PQI (Project Quality Index) and other Quality reports.

Project Highlights: Constructing Mega Refinery Plant, Assigned for Package# 07 to
constructpermanent infrastructure facilities for SATORP, and
that includes Administration Building, Warehouse buildings,
Gatehouses, Mosque, laboratory and other buildings.
Contributed technical support to other packages in SATORP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of Quality Assurance activities in Package07.
• Maintain and implement quality and inspection standards, procedures, typical inspection
plan and checklist in accordance with SATORP Standards and Specifications.
• Managing and Control SATORP Quality Manpower.
• Managing Contractors supplied Manpower (Interviewing, Utilizing andMobilization
planning).
• Ensure Execution of SATORPs Schedule Q Requirements and Standards/Specifications.
• Ensure Execution of SATORPs Quality Plan and Procedures.
• Taking part in Analyzing and resolving technical field issues and conflicts.
• Participate in resolving civil work activities deviations in all packages.
• Responsible to prepare weekly quality report and monthly Project Quality Index.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of all inspection activities required by client.
• Ensure Execution of ARAMCOs Schedule Q Requirements and Standards
/Specifications.
• Managing Team of 7 Inspectors to cover all designated projects in SouthGhawar Area.
• Evaluate and Report the Performance of the Inspectors.
• Planning for manpower mobilization.
• Forecast future needs and requirements for inspection work by coordinate with Saudi
Aramco.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Utilizing Saudi Aramco Quality Management Information System inall projects to
control and records all inspection activities.
• To maintain and implement quality and inspection standards, procedures, typical inspection
plans and checklists in accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and
Specifications.
• Verify and monitor of quality operating system in accordance with ScheduleQ.
• Conduct inspection activities of construction and testing works at site asrequired by
Inspection Test Plan to verify work conformity and full compliance with engineering
drawings, project specifications and project contract document.
• Review material specifications for project material to ensure they meet specifications and
project contract documents.
• Supervise civil work activities (Concrete construction (substructureand superstructure),
Earthwork, Roads pavement, ., etc) for various projects.
• Review of all certifications and documentation to ensure validity and compliance
with specifications, drawings, and inspection test plan.
• Conduct monthly assessment for all concrete/asphalt batch plants insouth Ghawar area.

: Al Rashid Mall Expansion Project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and control the overall construction work.
• Direct, coordinate and monitors the day-to-day activities of the construction
site.
• Ensure that all the work is performed strictly in accordance with its Drawings,
Specifications and Contract Conditions.
• Review work procedures, method statements for compliance with goodwork practices
and the client contract specifications.
• Witness soil sampling and testing for formation, general fill, subbase and road base
materials.
• Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements.
• Supervise installations of various Finishing Materials.
• Monitoring/witnessing of survey activities (setting-out, levels andcoordinates).
• Inspections of excavations in preparation of foundations and structuralbackfilling.
Witness soil compaction test as per specifications.
• Witness all checking of quality of the delivered concrete to site whether conform to
concrete slump, concrete temperature, cubes sampling, etc prior to discharge of
concrete.
• Properly fill out required reporting forms and submit to Project Manageron Daily/weekly
basis.
• Participate in design and safety meetings.
• Keep management well informed on the high-level aspects of project execution.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy.
• Review materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples,
materials and equipment.
• Initiate issuance of Site Observation for Nonconformity activities and follow up the
close-out.

Work Highlights : Various Aramco and non-Aramco design projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare construction scope of works, construction specifications, andmaterials
take-off.
• Prepare Quantity Survey report and cost estimation.
• Engineering effort in conceptual design development, detail design anddesign
checking.
• Participated in the design and drafting of Architectural drawings and details for
various projects.
• Worked on Virtual Reality enhancement for Architectural Design by preparing
3D models (in Auto CAD and 3D Studio Max) and create Animationclips for the
model.

Work Highlights : Worked on Renovation of Audiology department in DHC, Designing of
Accommodation units for Al-Khafji Hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Architectural Designs and proposals.
• Develop architectural Details for Conceptual designs.
• Drafting all architectural Drawing in Microsation software.
• Create 3D model (by Microstation) for Design proposal.

Worked on various PRECAST projects. Responsibilities:
• In Design Dept.: Design precast elements layout and sections based on architectural
drawings. Prepare Fabrication Drawings for PreCast Panels. Prepare detailed drawings for
precast elements connections.
• In Planning Dept.: Schedule /Plan Production and Delivering of PreCast Elements.
• In Erection Dept.: Participate in several projects for site precast erection (Such as Al
Mowasat Hospital Extension in Jubail).
• In Production Dept.: Supervise plant activities for some projects.
