To ensure proper and complete recording of all accounting transactions
To manage the finance of the company
To prepare budgets for the company
TO prepare and file Tax return for VAT and withholding tax
To prepare reports for management decision making purposes
To prepare monthly Income statements and Balance sheet of each project
To prepare Contract Accounts of each project
To manage the accounts deptt and its staff
To prepare periodic financials, to hekp in prepararyion of financial budget, to deal wiht banks and auditors. To analyse accounts and prepare reports etc.
To see overall accounts deptt.
To ensure that all accounting transactions have been correctly recorded.
To prepare various management reports for presenting to higher management.
To prepare monthly financial statements
To prepare various other reports as desired by the management.
To deal with Auditors and Bankers
To assist the manager and partner in various accounting and book keeping assignmnets. To prepare working files and to prepare books of accounts either computerized or manual. Book keeping includes preparing vouchers, Journa, General Ledger, Trial Balance and Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
