• Routine monitoring, optimizing, troubleshooting, emergency handling and safe operation of plant during start-ups and shut downs.
• Execution of maintenance jobs according to work permit procedure.
• Routine audits during shift to ensure smooth operation of plant.
• Studies for modification in plant and technical reviews before implementation.

• Record keeping of machines running hours for their lubrication and lube oil change over.

PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS / ACCOMPLISHMENT
• Engineering and commissioning of Distributed Control System (DCS) for Urea Plant starting from graphic development to complete loops shifting during running plant.
• Created website based data management system for urea unit which is now available on Local Area Network (LAN) for quick references and information.
• Worked in the study, installation, commissioning and start up of the “Urea Process Condensate Treatment Project”
• Study and implementation of de-bottlenecking of Urea Plant for capacity enhancement to 125% of load.
• Online change over of cooling water treatment system from Chromate based to Phosphate based with Buckman Laboratories Singapore.
• Commissioning and implementation of “Emergency Shutdown (ESD) System” for Urea Plant.
• Engineering and commissioning of Emergency Load Management System (ELMS) for plant’s power management with Siemens Pakistan.
• Coordinator for implementation of CMMS (Maximo) from Urea Unit.
• Worked as unit coordinator for implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solution (SAP). Now working as a power user of PP-Module of SAP.
• Successful commissioning and installation of Vibro Priller for Urea Product.
• Commissioning installation and operation of Electronic Governor in place of conventional hydraulic governor of CO2 compressor steam turbine. Also attended Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at PM controls (Woodward Governor) site in Singapore.
• Working as a team lead at unit for PHA study of the different sections of Utilities unit.
Got First Position three times in the class during four years of university. Got Third Position in the department on Aggregate basis during Engineering. Got the B.Sc Chemical Engineering Degree with Honours. Remained Class Representative (C.R) for three years in U.E.T. Remained Proctor of class for one year in U.E.T. Project: Production of Ammonium Sulphate from Coal Gasification Waste Acid Gases.
