Receive 50+ calls per day and redirect them to the appropriate department. • Greet guests with a bright attitude, manage and maintain front office area.
• Attending to the patients, register, and collect necessary information from
them and dispatch the tokens to the respective op rooms.
• Screening of patient information and insurance eligibility to avoid claim rejection
and denials.
• Make appropriate and timely scheduled appointments of patients with doctors. • Prepare online sick leave and medical certificate as per doctors’ advice.
• Coordination with insurance department and nursing department for smooth
running of clinic.
• Billing of patients visit and collecting insurance copay. • Send patients medical reports to their email address.
Currently I am working in a American based vaping company in Pakistan as a branch manager since 2019. Now I am relocating to UAE and looking for a job in the field of management or administrative position
I have done Bs applied physics in 2016. My majors was semiconductor and laser science.
