Independently worked as Officer Incharge in Admin/ Clearing and collection department. Responsible for handling mail, clearing (Inward/ Outward), OBCs/ IBCs, transfers, responding DD Advices and IBCA/ IBDA, making IBCA & IBDA, and cheque book issuance etc. Balancing of OBCs and DDs.
Independently worked in Administration Department for stationary etc. requisition and staff leave record maintenance etc.
Independently working in IT department for Initializing Start/ End of day procedures/ data backup and resolving IT issues.
Working in Accounts Department for sorting and compiling vouchers on daily basis. Handling Balancing of SBP, provisions/ accruals, expense/ assets depreciation, maturity of TDRs and profit payments/ reversal, W.H.Tax and annual/ quarterly statements, Monthly SBP returns (except foreign exchange returns).
Independently worked as CD Incharge (Acting on occasions) Handling supervision of transactions of all departments (Cash/ Transfer/ Clearing). Assisted in ATM Reconciliation on daily basis.
Assisted in Branch’s Audit Compliance for rectification.
I worked as a trainee in various departments in the area of general Banking.
