10 Years hands on experience in the field of Instrumentation for Refinery and Fertilizer plants environment. Sound working knowledge of protection and control systems on static and rotating equipments. Comprehensive understanding of DCS, PLC with sub-systems, Field instruments, Commissioning, Maintenance, Plant Turnarounds, and Partial Unit shut down and start up activities. Excellent working knowledge on HART and Foundation Field bus instrumentation. Familiar with instrument related quality system, maintenance and audits of ISO 9001 plant. Fully aware of industrial safety (HSE) and its compliance. Computer literate based on MS Windows operating system and having 5 years hands on user level experience with SAP and Maximo.

Technical Skills:

In my industrial exposure I have hands on experience of preventive and corrective maintenance, Calibration, Commissioning and Loop Testing of various following types of field and control room instruments:
•Transducers and Sensors (DP, Magnetic, Ultrasonic, Proximity and Floating type).
•SMART and Foundation Field Bus Series Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature).
•Switches for Pressure, Temperature, Level and Position measurement respectively.
•Flame Monitoring System of furnaces using Ultra Violet and Ionization Rod flame detectors.
•Control Valves, Damper and Positioners, Motorized Operated Valves, Solenoid Valves etc.
•Over-speed Protection System on steam turbines (Protech 203 and Protech GII).
•Vibration measurement on steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors using Bentley Nevada 3300/3500 Vibration Monitoring System.
•Configuration of 505E Woodward Governor.
