A Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and certified accounting technician (CAT), International Chartered Accountant England and Wales (ICAEW-Finalist) and accounts/finance professional having 3 years of professional experience as Senior Accountant in Pace Pakistan Limited (a leading company of Real Estate development and Construction which deals in shopping malls / Supermarkets, Plaza’s, Apartments and Housing societies) reporting to Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer. I was responsible for leading and monitoring the team of 5 members.
During my professional career I have been responsible for Daily administrative functions needed to generate post and track accounts receivable/payable, and to remit payment to accounts payable. Building relationship & exchange correspondence with clients’ & vendors’. Prepares, distributes and interprets requested/required accounting, management and financial Reports. Monitoring and implementing KPIs whilst analyzing business performance. I have been managing the end to end accounting function, leading the business planning, forecasting and budgeting with appropriate financial modeling, working closely with the sales department & internal auditors (assessing internal controls). Oversee all audit activities. I have Knowledge of Cost accounting/Banking process/Audit/LC and Guarantees.
• Conducting Ratio Analysis for analyzing the profitability and efficiency of the company,
• Preparation and Reporting of different financial analysis i.e. Liquidity Planning, Inventory analysis.
