1. Tengizchevroil (TCO) Services.

At this position I am responsible for the control system of 106 wellheads and 19 meter stations. Also it is my responsibility to upgrade the control system of these locations from SLC 500 to Control logix and HIMA. To accomplish this job i have to lead a team of 4 engineers, also to mentor them as needed.

1 Tengizchevroil (TCO) Services.

I am providing services for Tengizchevroil (a joint venture of Chevron, ExxonMobil,
Lukarco and the Republic of Kazakhstan formed in 1993) as Simulations and Control
systems Advisor. I have a multidimensional JD here. My first responsibility is to keep our
dynamic process simulators running and to keep them up to date. My second
responsibility is to manage the competencies of automation engineers. For this we have
a very detailed training plan and its my job to provide right trainings to the right people
at the right time. My third responsibility is to audit the trainers and the training courses
to keep them up to date and to identify gaps if any. My fourth responsibility is to
provides automation group all the assistance for their simulation needs. I am also
responsible for the control room operator’s trainings.

1. Tengizchevroil (TCO) Services.

My JD was to maintain and update the complete control system of all the wellheads,
metering stations and plant manifolds. Here the control system consists of Allen Bradley
(Control Logix, SLC and PLC5), HIMA H51q and Honeywell Experion as SCADA.

2. Saudi Aramco Services.

I provided engineering services for Saudi Aramco on their onshore gas oil separation
plants. My JD was to give support for Yokogawa CS3000 system, which includes the
modification of DCS to meet the requirement of their ongoing projects.

3. MOL Central Processing Facility (CPF) & Wellhead commissioning.

I was Lead of Manzalai CPF & Wellhead commissioning team. In this commissioning I
setup the complete DCS system and worked on the logic changes, Report package and
also involved in loop testing. On ESD side I worked on the C&E for CPF, Wellhead M2,
Wellhead M7, Wellhead M6 and VA3.

4. Wellhead development for OMV Pakistan.

I executed the complete project for SAWAN 15 Wellhead for OMV Pakistan. Scope of
work included the procurement for wellhead RTU, Communication and hydraulic panel. I
developed the complete RTU application on HIMA H41q system.

5. Tengizchevroil Tank Farm commissioning.

I worked as lead engineer for Tengizchevroil Tank farm commissioning project. Scope of
work included the cutover from PLC5 to Control Logix and Plantscape to Experion (Stage
1 cutover). Also in second stage I commissioned new control system for Crude tank
farm. This system was based on Control Logix and Honeywell Experion (Stage 2
expansion).

6. MOL CPF development Project.

I Worked on Yokogawa DCS and developed process control application and HMI
on CS3000. Also established the third party communication via modbus.

7. Tengizchevroil (mid stream project for chevron Kazakhstan) Upgrade / New control System.

Worked as a team member and developed HMI, Experion Data base, Third party
communication (via DH+ and modbus), reverse engineering of PLC5 applications. I
also developed Control Logix application. As for the documentation I developed FAT
Procedure, SAT procedure and maintenance manual. Also I provided Back office
support for the FAT of this project.

8. Al-Basra Oil Terminal (Mid stream project) Upgrade of control system.

I was a member of the HMI (Wonderware 9.5) Development Team. After the completion of
this project I delivered a 10 days training for PIJV operators and engineers. I also
performed SAT (Site Acceptance Test) for this project in PIJV warehouse, Kuwait.
