• Founder COO of Olfresh International, a manufacturer of carbonated and still beverages.
• Worked as project director from selection of building site to construction, procurement, installation and commissioning of beverages plant.
• Developed organizational set up of different disciplines of new Beverages Company like supply chain, Production, Quality Control, food safety, Sales, Accounts and administration.
• Developed in house recipes of different flavors of carbonated drink and juices like cola, lemon, orange, citrus, pomegranate, mango, apple and guava ect.
• Developed operational/SOP manuals of different department like Procurement, store, Production, Food Safety, Quality Control, Security, HR and sales.
• Developed organizational set up of Sales across the country.
• Successful acquisition of 95 distribution accounts in Punjab, KPK and Azad Kashmir for new CSD product.

• Developed secondary sales based network of 95 distributors across the country
• At the end of 2021, Sales revenues have reached to PKR 3.5 b, achieved a CAGR of 70% over the last 5 years.
• Achieved an exponential growth (700 %) in quantitative sale and revenue in 6years
• Won Presidential award 2022 as “highly growing industry” in the category of small medium industry from President of Pakistan Mr. Arif Alvi.
• Developed and result oriented execution of variable cost parameters of Production and other operations.
• Developed the system to monitor and control the variable cost indicators of different operations on daily basis.
• Developed and result oriented execution of P&L indicators on daily basis.
• Developed the system of monthly based P&L accounts with physical audits.
• Developed monitoring and controlling system to chase monthly budgeted profit target along with revenue hits.
• Developed annual Financial Plan (Funds Arrangements), Production plan, Sales plan, Product development plan, expansion plan and budgeted profit plan before start up of every Financial Year.
