Carrying out all the duties of an RTR and Plumbing Inspector in several Aramco projects.
Carry out quality control activates including inspection, examination and testing to verify the quality of the installations
Implement and verify the document control process at the site.
Make sure that documents and site work will comply with ARAMCO Standards.
Conduct daily surveillance inspections to ensure the installation has been done according to drawing and procedure.
Perform “Hold”, “Witness” and “Surveillance” inspections and tests at construction sites to ensure compliance with ARAMCO requirements and project specifications requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at ARAMCO facilities and/or construction sites.

Material Receiving inspection of all GRP Pipes and UPVC Pipes, fittings, Gasket, valves and coupling in compliance to material list, mill certificates, test reports and correct material specification.
Installation inspection of GRP Pipes and UPVC Pipes, fittings, gasket and Coupling as per ARAMCO Standards and Project Specifications.
Conduct daily surveillance inspections to ensure the installation has been done according to drawing and procedure and prepare surveillance report.
Issuing RFI’S for client’s inspection and approval.
Issuing nonconformity report whenever violations accurse and discussed with the concerned department for the closure of NCR.
Monitor the preparation of pipework for pressure test and gravity test.
Review calibration certificates (test manifolds, pressure gauges, pressure relief valve).
Check and verify material approval, storage and handling to confirm project specifications.
Inspection of underground sewer, drainage, raw water piping.

Preparation of Piping Test Packages.
Review calibration certificates (test manifolds, pressure gauges, pressure relief valve).
Review piping list that indicates the lines, fluids, operating pressures, test pressures, test type; Plans, isometric drawings and support details.
Prepare punch list, prior to conduct test.
Perform walk down or punch list inspection as per test packages.
Coordinates with supervise the preparation of test activity to ensure all deficiencies are identified and punch lists are prepared.
Witnessing testing along with the client i.e.; Hydro test; verification of calibration certificate.
Checking piping installation as per drawing and according to the standards.
Checking the tagging and labelling of all equipment valves, pipes and other accessories using P&ID and other related drawings.
Responsible for arranging the inspection for the installation of the piping & Fittings etc.
Material Inspection (Consumables and Incoming Material) as per relevant standards and project specification.
Prepare surveillance report, NCR’s that violates the codes and standards.
Perform inspection as per approved Inspection Plan and Project Procedures as per codes client specifications standards requirements.
Handover to client all piping packages and as-built drawing.
Review subcontractor or supplier quality document submittals (Quality Plans, Inspection Test & Plans, procedures), to ensure effective controls are in place in key areas.
Review Material and Service Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
Monitoring and reporting on the status of implementation of the Project Quality Management System and its effectiveness.
Check and review construction/installation sketches and/or shop drawings, ensure that the sketches/drawings conform to the project specifications and standards.
Coordinates with the client representatives on matters involving quality assurance and control activities.
Monitoring the inspections & testing and make sure, if it is conducted as per Standard & complying all the Project specifications.
Arrange Successful FATs (Factory Acceptance Test) visited Germany, France, Turkey and Dubai.
Conducts material receiving inspections.
Conduct daily surveillance inspections to ensure the installation has been done according to drawing and procedure.
Review and Inspection of all Mechanical Material, prior to installation.
Prepares and submits Request For Inspection (RFI) on completed works to clients for their approval.
Site Inspection for the Mechanical Installations, Mechanical Equipment, Explosion Vent Relief on silos, Drag Chain Conveyors, Bucket Elevator, Weighing Scale, Bulk Loading and Unloading System, Aspiration system and Piping as per the approved inspection & test plan.
Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiating or recommending solutions.
Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications as per project requirements.
Monthly Project Quality Report Preparation.

Attended one week Quality management and technical training relating to bulk handling system. During training gained sufficient knowledge about how to achieve the quality goals and targets. Also learned how to calculate elevator bucket size, elevator belt strength, conveyor belt and conveyor chain strength, explosion relief panel size and other mechanical parts used in bulk handling system.

• Installation inspection of Roof Drain and over flow Roof Drain as per IFC.
• RTR (Fiberglass) Sewer Pipe and Fittings for Gravity Flow installation and inspection.
• Pressure Pipe and Fittings installation.
• Valves on a water distribution system to and within buildings, facilities and points of use.
• Piping installation as per drawing and according to the standards.
• Installation of plumbing works.
• Monitor the preparation of pipe work for pressure test, and gravity test.
