I am working in FIS Pakistan as Project Manager for (Islamic banking & Conventional Banking/E-Channels/ Internet Banking /Third Party/ MIS), I have performed below tasks and works on multiple projects as a project manager or frequently as the subject matter expert.
•Develop and manage Project Plans, assign resources & tag Payments Milestones
•Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
•Effectively applies FIS methodology and enforces Bank on project standards in each phase.
•Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
•Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules.
•Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
•Provide CR’s to Bank with costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions.
•Implementation of Internet Banking, Call Centre and Interfaces among Profile (Branch Banking Application), NBP (current vendors & in-house) Application & Third party application.
•Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
•Liaison between FIS remote teams (ADA and ATS), Partners (Siemens, Global360 and Theta) and NBP resources to ensure that the required information’s are managed and maintained effectively.
