Prepare annual financial reports & liaising with external & internal auditors.
Prepare the financial models & feasibilities of the projects.
Financial Modeling on Owned & outsource (open market) vehicles & warehousing business.
Costing & pricing of the bonded & non bonded cargo handing & transportation trough Rail & Road.
Monthly closing of Accounts and MIS report to Group management
Prepare operational budgets, compilation of annual financial budget and quarterly forecasts
Monitor the budgeted Revenues & Costs and provide analysis on performance.
Keep abreast of all changes in tax law, company law and other relevant laws such as E.O.B.I. law, Social Security law, and Sales tax law.
Filling all monthly, quarterly and annual Tax returns in time.
Preparing responses with supporting documents against all notices of Tax monitoring and Audit from SRB, PRA, KPRA and FBR.
Liaise with other group of companies as and when required in matters of common interest.
Follow up of the customers and arrange early recovery of receivables.
Advise / train / improve the working standard of the staff working in finance department.
Arrange audit of books of accounts and removes anomalies if any.
Prepare monthly cash-flow with the help of all concerned departments and arrange to bridge the gap between inflows and outflows.

Responsible for preparation of different analysis reports as requested by CEO
Monthly Preparation of Management Information Summary (MIS) Reporting for each Division such as Road Freight & Fleet Management. Monthly Profit & Loss as per IFRS format & Presentation for the Board.
Preparation of Budgets for Road Freight & Fleet Management Divisions
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs only monthly basis
Responsible for preparation of different sales analysis to give the true performance of Sales team
Sales Person Wise, Client Wise & Commodity Wise Profitability Analysis for Road Freight Division.
Responsible of preparation of different in-depth Receivable analysis for Credit control team
Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management
