The focal person on field for job execution, responsible for on-job simulations and managing MOCs (management of change).
Responsible for supervision of job execution and communication of ongoing job facts and figures to client/ technical manager.
Assist in job designs and run sensitivity analyses and perform simulations for proposed job solutions
Understand and perform field jobs as per SOPs.
Job documentation and invoicing for field jobs.
Make comprehensive post job reports and share lessons learnt with team.
Supervision of job execution and handling job communication between client and town offices.
Ensure that the correct people, equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, as requested by client, with no deviations from standards and with contingency plans in place.
Identify any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site, and implement them once approved from concerned departments.
Develop expertise on advanced coiled tubing techniques.
Maintain communication with client well-site representative, rig crew and field support staff. Initiate and participate in knowledge sharing.
Operate coiled tubing units and associated equipment. Provide technical support to crew and clients at well-site. Troubleshooting of equipment and data acquisition systems.
Manage storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on job site.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with service quality, health, safety and IT standards
