Working in the SaveFast Training Academy as a Lead HSE Trainer
• Delivering third-party HSE Training 40 to 48 hours per week to our clients in their facility assigned by the team as per schedule.
• Delivering classroom training, online/onsite training, demonstration of new safety tools/equipment, and supervising customers.
• Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs and introducing blended learning methodologies to enhance the performance of trainees in the field.
• Evaluate the training program through examinations, and feedback forms and report to the team for issuance of certificate.
• Assisting the Training Manager in developing training programs and course curriculums and designing training material as per customer requirements like Saudi Aramco, Nokia, Ericson, Huawei, and SABIC.
• Assisting the Training Manager to visit clients to resolve their concerns about training programs.
• Conduct the TNA, Arrange Trainings & Plan the CPD of Internal Trainers.
• Delivering third-party HSE Training 30 to 48 hours per week to our clients in their facility assigned by the team as per schedule.
• Delivering classroom training, online/onsite training, demonstration of new safety tools/equipment, and supervising customers.
• Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs and introducing blended learning methodologies to enhance the performance of trainees in the field.
• Evaluate the training program through examinations, and feedback forms and report to the team for issuance of certificate.
• Keeping all training-related records e.g. Attendance sheets, class exercises, examinations, and feedback forms, and handover to the team admin.
• Use of educational technologies to meet trainee learning needs.
• Aid with the development and review of Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), Safe Work Practices (SWP)
• Investigate and resolve customers concerns that pertain to safety and health-related matters
• Assisting the Training Manager in developing training programs and course curriculums and designing training material as per customer requirements like Saudi Aramco, Nokia, Ericson, Huawei, and SABIC.
• Assisting the Training Manager to visit clients to resolve their concerns about training programs.
• Manage trainees and maintain class discipline inside the class and outside the class for practical demonstration
• Assisting our clients in accident & incident investigation and reporting including Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions
• Conduct inspections and audits for workplaces, warehouses, fire alarms, vehicles, and safety gear/PPE as required by our clients
• Develop, implement, and enforce adequate measures to minimize the possibilities of risks.
• Calculation of risk assessment, Job Safety analysis, issuance of work permit, and keeping records of above reports & methods.
• Responsible to train the employees with the latest standards of occupational health and safety policies regularly.
• Conducting Toolbox talk, Safety meetings & Orientation to new employees.
• Inspect workplaces/site conditions to establish procedures and policies to overcome those hazardous situations.
• Routine Inspections of the workplace for broken equipment, defective tools, and other potential hazards; makes sure that workers are provided with appropriate PPE and explain how to use and when to use it.
• Investigation of incident and accident to identify the root causes, what procedures may have gone wrong, and to gather the evidence necessary to define the reason for the accident.
• Preparation of incident and accident investigation report based on the results to recommend implementing adequate precautions to avoid such incidents in the future.
• Reviewing and following all the requirements of state and federal safety standards; also, submitting the OSHA form 300, which is a summary of all injuries that resulted in lost work time.
• Verifying the injury reports are submitted to the concerned person or team.
• Frequently conducting emergency response drills among the workers.
• Coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste from the workplace.
• Ensure that regulations from Department of Labor inspectors are followed
• Ensure HSSE and customer requirements are met during activity.
