Supervision: Buss bar production and processing Section
In 2007 Dubal started production of its new, mega earning product “Buss Bars”.
I was contacted by the area manager of Cast House for joining. I was honored to have been pre-recommended by my manager. (Letter’s copy retained)
I was assigned to the new project to supervise the processing of the produced buss bars. I was one of the four members team lead by the area manager it self. The responsibilities of the position were:
1. To update the casting section on the casting schedule of buss bars.
2. Maintain production and processing data of buss bars.
Correspondence with project’s client, SNC lavalin.
Sizing, identifying, packing, storing and transportation of the products in accordance of the drawings of SNC lavalin.
3. Manpower call outs and job management.
Cast House Production Operations
The project of training successfully completed in 2000. I was assigned to cast house production operations. I am honored to have trained, worked and am experienced on most of the production units of cast house i.e. 20 kg ingot caster, HDCs, DCs and furnaces. The responsibilities I fulfilled were:
1. To work fulfill my individual responsibilities accurately as a member of a team responsible for operating a production unit.
2. To take over full operational responsibilities of the unit in a situation demanding.
3. To plan, assign and manage job for the rest of the team ensuring hinder free production.
4. Had maximum operational and procedural knowledge about the design and operation of the production unit. To have firm grip on the job and to cop with any situation considered undesired.

My years’ long carrier at Dubal introduced me to new heights and horizons of experience and exploring.
I attained valuable knowledge in industrial disciplines. I am honored to have gone through 24 different challenging trainings with distinction. These trainings throttled my ambition for growth and gains of learning. Some of them are mentioned under:
1. Training as Mobile Equipment instructor.
2. Direct Chilled Extrusion Billet Caster Operation Training.
3. Sow casting, 20 kg ingot casting, HDCs and Furnaces.
4. Personnel carrier G-8 training & License.

Training & Development Instructor Mobile Equipment
1. To employee international standard audio, visual ads and methods of training to transform a common individual into a safe & efficient worker for safely producing quality products on minimum production costs.
2. To prepare Training material & lectures on the technical specifications and operating rules of production equipment.
3. To introduce the new work force to national and international safety policies and enable them to safely operate production related equipment.
4. Modify training areas and update training procedures to ensure safer and up to date techniques are employed for training.
5. Trained some 60 Technicians and Senior Technicians during the period.
Production Process Efficiency Projects and Suggestions
Driven by my own obsession and ambition for gaining management skills, I forwarded a number of award wining suggestions ranging from industrial production to environment protection. The senior management deemed them beneficial for the company and approved them for implementation.
Due to the encouragement of the high ups I audited the production units and completed five projects. All the projects involved scientifically proved approaches & methods of observation, data collection and experimentally proving. Completed a project on 20 kg ingot caster which saved more than 900, 000 US $ / year. (Copy retained)
Another project on the sniff degassing units of DC - 5 offered savings of 6000, 000 US $. Acknowledging my efforts the company granted cash awards and certificates. (Copy retained)
1996 - 1999, Inspectorate of Vehicles & Engineering Equipment.
Supervisor, Special Inspection Cell
In 1996 I joined one of the esteemed organizations of Pakistan Ministry of Defense in the capacity mentioned above. The organization had the mandate to inspect all sorts of automotives needed and demanded by Pakistan Army. The authorities licensed me to carry out tests and trials of all types and brands of automotives and related tools. Our clientage included high profile local venders and suppliers from around the world i.e. USA, Germany, Japan, Russia and China. The key responsibilities of the post were as mentioned below:
1. To represent Ministry of Defense on the inspection site.
2. To inspect all makes and types of vehicles in accordance with the SOPs
3. To collect and record inspection data.
4. To carry out handing / taking over transaction with the representatives of automobile manufacturers like Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Mercedes etc.
5. To update the head quarter about the project status through monthly basis reports.
6. To ensue on out station inspection duties on the demand and desire of the GHQ.
Quality Assurance Inspector, Heavy Industries Taxila.
In 1999 I was assigned to HIT, Taxila to supervise the stage assembling of American APCs at the installation. The main responsibility was to keep check on the production process ensuring first rate quality products to be delivered to Pakistan Army. My responsibilities under the title were:
1. To represent the Head Quarter at the site.
2. To carry out the duties in accordance to the SOPs.
3. To maintain inspection data and process the revelent data into desired information.
4. To carry out FATs (Final Inspection Tests) for the finished projects
5. To send data based reports to update the Head Quarter.
6. To upgrade the on going inspection process by introducing new techniques and means for inspection.

Site Supervisor
In 1994 I joined Pakistan Wapda's Project in the capacity of site Forman. The job was an opening for me to attain the confidence of managing a work site independently. The key duties of the position were:
• To represent the company on the job site.
• To ensure smooth and swift completion of the project in accordance with the policies of the company.
• To plan job for heavy earth moving machinery.
• Marinating work hour's record and schedule job for the site workers.
• Arrange needed consumable and non consumable store for the site.
• To facilitate the project consultants on the work site.
• To carry out earth structure test in remote locations, record and communicate the data to the head office.
