Managing effectively & efficient various-sized of KSA SABIC & affiliates employees’ compensation, benefit & payroll operations by designing & implementing best practice operations in accordance with SABIC policies & department procedures to ensure supporting the achievement of company goals and objectives.
Coordinates all activities concerning employee benefits & salaries and work closely with all HR departments and finance departments in order to resolve various issues concerning benefits, payments, etc.
Lead the KSA employee Medical benefits function in order to ensure responsiveness and employee satisfaction through providing direct onsite and outside support.
Handle all matters around employee health insurance within KSA and out of KSA.
Provides medical benefit oversight, enforces health statutes and rules to SABIC and its affiliates employee
Provides supervision of physicians and allied health professionals and acts as a liaison to SABIC medical community;
Leverage relationship with outsourcing vendor and medical providers and ensure best quality service being provide;
Provide direct patient care
Handle the medical benefit processing for employees and optimize the total medical cost through optimization in medical plans and negotiations strategy.
Lead cost effective and best-in-class medical care management services in KSA through quality customer medical care management, continuous care medical exertion of improvement initiatives & providing new medical services to customers’ satisfaction.
Develop and coordinate special activities and programs necessary to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability in medical services. Value maximization and collaborate intimately with customers to ensure services meeting customers’ expectations.
• Propose professional development programs that will meet the training
requirements as per the Individual Development Plan (IDP)
• Responsible for the implementation, maintaining and monitoring the progress of professional development program and Co-op program
• Responsible for the systematic evaluations of the professional development & Co-op programs
• Counsel trainees as and when necessary to ensure the successful implementation of the programs
• Review periodically the professional development programs for their methodology and contents and carry out improvements
