Oversee Corporate Sales related matters of Material Handling Division in UAE.
- Grow Doosan’s (Doosan Corporation Industrial Vehicle) market share and profitability in UAE through effective developing, monitoring and spearheading the entire Sales Team;
- Achieve Sales and Profit Objectives as agreed with the Managing Director during annual sales budget;
- Develop new clients and sales opportunities as well as maintain the existing Doosan’s client relationships;
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Sales budgets, forecasts and saleable stock equipment;
- Competitor Information gathering and Setting Market Expansion strategies;
- Key account management, customer relationship development and deal negotiations;
- Maintain regular and periodic review discussions with the Sales and Technical Team to ensure progressive development both on sales as well as service front.
- Maintain regular and periodic review discussions with the Sales Team in the presence of General Manager and Technical Team to ensure progressive development of the sales effort;
- Formulation of sales procedures and ensure implementations of policies and procedures;
- Achieve the business objectives within set norms;
- Regular correspondence with principals for special project subsidies and product support.
Oversee Corporate Sales related matters of Material Handling Division in UAE with main focus on various projects together in supporting and training the other Sales force towards achieving competitive know how in Warehouse Equipment.
- Grow TMH’s (Toyota Material Handling) market share especially BT / Raymond warehouse equipment and profitability in UAE through effective developing, monitoring and management of entire Sales Team toward improving the knowledge for Warehouse Equipment;
- Achieve Sales and Profit Objectives along with the KPIs as agreed with the General Manager (Regional) during the annual sales budget meetings;
- Develop new clients and sales opportunities and maintain existing TMH client relationships;
-Contribute actively to increase the TMH awareness and market share as well as promoting TMH values and beliefs;
- Assistance in preparation of the saleable stock equipment;
- Competitor Information gathering and reporting to GM;
- Key account management, customer relationship management and deal negotiations.
Oversee Corporate Sales and Service related matters of Material Handling Division in Southern Regions of India for Maglec Warehouse Equipment which is been developed by a Joint Venture between NKB Technovations and Kolec Japan.
- Was responsible for sales and business development functions by building domestic clientele;
- Key account management, customer relationship development and deal negotiations.
- Planning Sales Forecast & setting strategies for Market Expansion;
- Coordinating service related matters to the Technical Department.
Oversee Corporate Sales of Material Handling Division in Southern Regions of India for Forklifts & Warehouse Equipment from Linde Material Handling.
- Grow Linde’s market share and profitability in South India through effective developing, monitoring and management of sales staff within South India;
- Achieve sales and profit objectives as agreed with the General Manager during the annual sales budget meetings;
- Assist the sales staff in planning, coordination and implementation of marketing and sales programs towards potential customers in the respective sales territories by involving the assistance of the product support teams and General Manager (if necessary);
- Develop new clients and sales opportunities and maintain existing Linde client relationships;
- Assist the General Manager on specific assignments and projects;
- Contribute actively to increase Linde’s awareness and market share;
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Sales Budgets and Forecasts;
- Maintain regular and periodic review discussions with the Sales Team in the presence of General Manager and Technical Team to ensure progressive development of the sales effort;
