 Ensure invoices are processed in the correct spend channel. Interact with other team members, clarifying invoices about the contract.
 Coordinate with auditors; prepare the audit packs and response to auditor queries as required.
 Update applicable systems and files to indicate that the contract executed and is closed.

 Improve forecasting and inventory planning processes via methodologies such as S&OP, JIT, Lean manufacturing, Consensus forecasting, statistical safely stock and collaborative management procedures to increase inventory turns, reduce costs, and improve planning accuracy and customer service levels
 Ensure all products and projects are engineered and developed to meet targets and according to customer requirements.
 Manage minimum inventory level to maximize net working capital. Design an effecting warehouse management process. Ensure purchasing according to the capacity of store and inventory policy.
 Ensure accuracy and timeliness through high-level communication and coordination with departments, suppliers and Buyers.
