Job responsibilities are ....
Provide timely and accurately financial report to management.
Prepare monthly Financial Statement, Trial balance, Profit or Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
VAT Filing.
MIS report.
Bank statement Reconciliation.
Debtors and Creditors ledger Reconciliation.
Inner company ledger Reconciliation.
Month end closures, Year end closures.
Prepare Cash Flow & Fund Flow statement.
Petty Cash Supervising.
Accounts payable and Receivable & Follow up.
Processing Trade Finance including Letter of Credit (LC), FTL, Bank Guarantee etc...
Cheque preparation and PDC Management.
Sales Invoicing and Credit control
Purchase Invoice and Subcontractors Invoice verify and posting.
Monitoring payroll and WPS.
Project / Job Costing.
Keeping bank balance up to date by manually and systematically recording.
Responsible for whole range of Accounts.
Ensure reconciliation sub ledgers and General ledgers are performed in regular basis.
Leave salary and Gratuity calculation,
Fixed Asset booking and Depreciation calculation.
Laisen with Internal and external auditing team.
Laisen with Banker's RM.
Maintaining Good relation with Suppliers and Clients.
Response to inquiry relating to the finance and Accounts.

Duties:-

* Supporting meeting with Clients.
* Advising clients about the tax preparation process.
* Preparing and Submitting tax return for clients.
* Handling communications from clients and tax authorities.
