Engineering of engine manufacturing factory EPC project with Aramco.
Responsible for preparing IFC of electrical systems required to run the Factory.
Including MV and LV power systems.
Successfully running oil & gas RT projects worth $1 billion including OHPL 13.8KV line installation, erection,
stringing & sagging with Aramco & SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) interfacing point and lines energization of
7KM and feeding 22valve stations including Rastanura refinery and Abqaiq plant.
• LEADERSHIP: Provided E&I crew with tools needed to execute tasks promoting open communication in order to
tackle issues that might arise.
• Encourage innovation and motivate the crews to work in a safely productive environment while meeting and
completing the client’s goals and deadlines.
• Running oil & gas NGCP project including OHPL 56KM scattered line 13.8KV feeding valve stations, remote
headers, GGM, LSS for oil & gas equipment.
• Experienced in work execution within pipeline valve station, installation of electrical equipment including
13.8KV, 600A switch gear (EEIC), 13.8KV, 225kVA transformers (Wiscosa), switch racks (Rawabi), actively
cooled shelters (CPIC), MOVs (Honeywell), lighting poles (eastern lighting), outdoor panels, battery banks, CMS
(corrosion monitoring system), LDS (leak detection system) & rectifier by following Aramco standards and oil &
gas requirements.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Contact person for Aramco PMT, PID, POD, SEC, quality department, procurement
department, engineering and subcontractors
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Study and verify blueprints, work together with the engineering department to modify
any discrepancies that could prevent meeting company deadlines.
• Responsible for conducting FAT, SAT by coordinating with relevant vendors/manufacturers, POD, PID,
proponent & PMT.
• Responsible for preparing outage and energization packages and following procedures to energize valve
stations.
• Responsible for material handling, arranging logistics including cranes and execution with large manpower
• Experience in raising TQs, RFI, MRI & CRM for CSD approval as per the project requirement
• Conducting weekly, bi-weekly meetings with PMT, subcontractors and internal electrical team and preparing
MOMs.
Being Discipline head, I am responsible for Electrical engineering of Zuluf drilling project at Nariyah, Jaffurah gas line project, Ras Tanura Oil & Gas project.
Preparing IFC package for 12 Aramco schools (including KG, Elementary & Secondary) for HVAC, Elevators,
switch gears, Lighting fixture, FDAS, cable trays and conduit, Grounding and protection.
• Running & completing successfully 12 school building and infrastructure projects of worth $ 950million within
time line schedule of 2 years.
• Responsible for preparing technical queries to Design consultants and RFIs to client for approval of technical
issues as per site requirements.
• Responsible for preparing and following procedures for commissioning of all electrical systems including
substation, switch boards, HVAC, elevators low current systems as per Aramco standards and applicable codes.
• Designing of package substations for each school and coordination with SEC for successful installation and
running of power system including metering.
• ETAP study and verifying upstream load calculation for arc flash ratings and fault calculations using ETAP
software.
• Preparing Cost Estimation, Bid Preparation, tender specifications, bid evaluation of MV/HV Power Transmission
line projects (OHTL/UGPC).
• Identify, address and resolve critical issues and areas of concern that may affect contractual milestone dates.
• Ensure Saudi Electricity Company quality program is being implemented on commissioning projects.
• Manage profitability of staff and projects and coordinate efforts with respective leaders.
• Develop and refine methodologies, tools, and standards for an evolving commissioning practice.
• Responsible for defining the activity, determine the sequence of activity, estimates the activity durations
estimates the quantities of materials, people, equipment, and supplier to perform each activity. Analyze activity
sequences, durations, resources requirements and schedule constraints to prepare project execution Schedule
and controls the Project execution schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the contractor for Installation and commissioning of 115KV/13.8KV
substations, switchgear, cables, transformers & on load tap changer, protection systems and grounding system,
etc..
• Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Equipment Layouts, Grounding Layouts, Lighting Layouts & Cable routing Layouts, Schematic drawings, elementary drawings, ETAP study.
• Electrical load Calculations as per SEC standards, Cable sizing, Grounding, and Lighting.
• Equipment Sizing: LV switchgear, MCC, Transformer, Feeder pillars etc.
• Preparation of Technical specifications & Data Sheets, Vendor Drawings & Documents review.
• Responsible for completing the project with the finest quality
• Ensure Saudi Electricity Company quality program is being implemented on commissioning projects.

• Verification and problem solution to contractors’ technical queries based on applicable standards
• Responsible for relocation of existing plant equipment, verification of existing and new load calculations
• Coordination with client (Jotun) to carry out all activities as per project requirement
Responsible for all electrical works in construction of 37 Schools under Royal Commission Authority.
Executing work as per client drawing & Royal Commission Standards, producing shop drawings, getting approval from Royal Commission, Site Inspection prior to the client.
Raising MRs, RFIs, etc.
Responsible for the installation of power cables from different levels of the plant to turbine sections. Installation of cable trays, cable ladders, GI conduits in the plant.
Implementing Saudi Electricity Company Standards. Responsible for making shop drawings as per site requirements. Inspection of site prior to the client.
Maintaining Safety Standards as per site requirements.
Executing the work up to client satisfaction.
Responsible for all technical services and maintenance in the facility, including, electrical, plumbing, mechanical & misc.
Making preventive maintenance sheets, checklists etc, as per site requirement.
Added support for drawings, shop drawings as per site requirements.
Handling the facility maintenance issues like power, lighting, security, public address, CCTV, fire fighting, fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC etc, and general maintenance like swimming pool, fountains, etc.
Dealing with client as well as vendors. Keeping all PPM, checklists, Schedules, making daily, monthly reports.
Playing key role for procurement as well.
Dealing with maintenance, installation, repair, of Base equipments, like overhead cranes, water treatment plant, STP, turnstiles, CCTV camera, Public address system, security doors/gates, sliding gates, new power supply installations, power substation, transformers etc,
Making drawings for fire fighting & fire alarm systems, emergency evacuation maps.
Making checklists/PPM for Chillers, PU, FCUs, STP, WTP, DB details, smoke detectors, etc and keeping all records,
Being point of contact for client, attending meetings.
Done overhead crane installation project at SLB Dosb and SLB Udhelya base.
Work in construction of 250 Beds international Hospital for Disaster area.
