• Allocate task to team and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.

• Monitor and supervise logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare weekly and daily stock sales report, stock loss and forecasting report for upper management.
• Negotiate with freight forwarders for end to end shipping terms and rates.

• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.

• Present on project for inspection of delivered goods by bank inspector as part of LC on sight procedures.

Process orders via email and checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Develop monthly sales reports and communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Coordinate with Sales team and customers for the deliveries.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and international shipments.
Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services.
Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations.
Interface with Product Line Planning Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to the supplier.
Track order acknowledgment, prepare and communicate shortages and backlog reports, and provide visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
Lead finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiencies for smooth and trouble free operations.
Help to develop and implement new systems, best practices, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business.
Handle all cash / walk-in customers & keep the track of sales made & reconciled weekly with Finance team.
