As HSE Engineer in Byco Petroleum Refinery, My Responsibilities were;
• Responsible for implementing safety programs & audits.
• Reviewing & analyzing the root cause of unsafe Acts, equipment conditions &
providing adequate measures to counter them.
• Planning & leading complex technical meetings & complex safety & follow up
missions.
• Effectively involved in planning, developing & implementing safety programs.
• Managing projects, formulating & finalizing the publication of technical reports.
• Developing, implementing & conducting training programs & maintaining
coordination with other departments.
• Responsible for providing assistance to HSE in production, maintenance &
implementation of HS & E management systems.
• Assist project teams in managing HSE at site during the construction and
commissioning activities.
• Plan and execute evacuation drills, mock drills, Fire Drills, Live Fire Trainings,
site safety audit, safety meeting & tool box meeting.
• Familiar with different characters of work permits with safety consciousness.
• Safety meetings and compliance with local as well as HSE Policies.
1. Quality Assurance of HSD and Gasoline Training in Byco Petroleum Karachi Pakistan 2. Occupational Health and safety Training in Byco Petroleum. 3. Fire Safety training in Byco Petroleum Oil Terminal Kemahri Karachi Pakistan. 4. Nebosh International General Certificate in Health and Safety (Passed with distinction). 5. Main Project on extraction of Niobium Pentaoxide from its native ore and Optimization of the process. 6. Project on Drag Coefficient apparatus. 7. Water Treatment Project in adjacent areas of Peshawar.
