Implementing Health/ Safety Compliance HSE Policies, Rules, and Regulation Hazard Identification Pre-Job Safety meeting Accident /Incident Investigation & reporting Inspection of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) HSE plans HSE trainings and orientation job Hazard Analysis.
Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventive measures.
Assist in Emergency planning & execution. Making & Maintaining of Safe Work Method Statement & Risk Assessment for all Jobs.
Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).
Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
Record and investigate incidents and near misses to determine causes and handle workers compensation claim.
Prepare reports on incidents occurrence and provide statistical information to upper management.
Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies.Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work plan.
Coordinate with HSE Management for all internal & external audits.
Conduct regular safety training, briefing, etc.
Provide First Aid in Case of a medical emergency.

Provide adequate fire response that is compliant with the spill prevention and response plan in case of any spillage.
Prepare an evacuation plan for field areas and building.
Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs.
Advising and instructing on various safety related equipment and tools.
Stop ant unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using PPE).
To create safety awareness among workers through Tool box talks, Safety induction / Orientation / Job Safety Analysis & Trainings as per description of work.
Assist AM HSE in making documents for Third parties certification & internal & external audit.
Inspect facilities or sites to determine if they meet specifications or standards.
Making of HSE Weekly & Monthly Corporate Reports.
Advising and briefing to workers regarding occupation health and safety management at work place.
Regular check the PPE’s and keep record and maintain PPE stock accordingly.
