• Manage relationships with Transport Companies, Freight Forwarding Companies, etc. and negotiate their rates, contract terms facilities and services and ensure the best value.
• Attending high-level meetings with our clients (Aramco) and our Management.
• Plan and implement Operational strategy and activities considering cost-effectiveness and efficient delivery of coated pipes / Cargo by selecting the best transport means and routes. Ensuring safety as per Aramco Safety standards.
• Preparation of lifting plan and heavy equipment’s transport plans.
• Follow-up of transport activities for site supplies
• Supervision of Temporary Staging Area for Work fronts, including traffic control coordination loading and unloading of materials.
• Supervision of construction plant operators, including mobile crane, RR Excavator, Multiple service vehicle
• Manage all Operational staff and Leading our team with efficiency and accuracy for the safe and sound delivery.
• Tracking and controlling complete pipelines hauling activities which include supervision of our coordinators controlling loading and offloading activities
• Controlling barcoding and labeling activity on loading site.
• Ensuring and contacting safety meetings regularly to ensure safe logistic activities on our Site.
• Ensure 100% coverage of all risks & Demurrage-free clearance of all goods mainly our expensive equipment and machinery.
• Warehouse and laydown yard offloading and loading control, stock management, and vehicle control.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective performance in all operating functions.
• Detailed study of the project and scope of work.
• Assign required team, Equipment’s and Trailers for each rig move
• Pre-project meeting with all assigned staff. Ensures that everyone performing work on their behalf complies with requirements of the health, safety and environment regulations.
• Provide all details to the client to obtain the necessary gate pass and site permissions.
• Ensuring smooth operations throughout the movement.
• In case any issue at site take necessary actions immediately.
• Collect daily reports from site safety team and operational team.
• Prepare job completion report and submit to sales and accounts department for further processing.
• Visiting multinational companies and industrial factories to arrange meetings with company directors and decision makers.
• Preparing sales presentation according to each business industry and work line.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Conducting thermal and Gas Leak inspections, and collecting reports.
• Presenting reports to clients for repairing the faults.
• Submitting invoice to the customer.
• Collect payments.
- Assist the Country Manager in developing sales plan and brief Marketing on required promotional campaigns.
- Assist in leading the sales operations to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales Team.
- Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
- Manage the continuous review and improvement of sales practices taking into consideration best standard practices.
- Ensure all sales activities, planning and execution are at the highest level.
- Provide market place feedback and reports on quarterly basis.
- Develop account management process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the sales operation.
- Contribute in developing offer stocks pricing strategy.
