➢ Drain the oil from oil tank using vacuum trucks, then water flushing, air flushing using BA (Breathing apparatus)
➢ Nitrogen (N2) purging, gas testing
➢ Internal cleaning using hand/power tools
➢ Internal welding, grinding
➢ Report to QC for Internal inspection
➢ After inspection close the man way
➢ Shell cleaning using internal buffing
➢ Open the Man Way for internal cleaning & inspection of vessel
➢ Remove the Demister & fix back after cleaning
➢ Inspection & box up

Piping
➢ Receiving Plant drawings, Isometric drawings from Engineer for the pipeline installation work.
➢ Checking of dimensional measurements in the place where piping has to be erected/fabricated as per the Isometric drawings

➢ With the help of Fabricators and Fitters cut the required length of the pipe, make beveling and give fit up.

➢ Fit-up reports submitted to QC for Inspection.

➢ Install pipe fitments drawing and Observe Valve, Strainer orientation according to the Isometric and check for the Horizontal and Vertical rolling.


➢ After welding and inspection of NDT Hydro testing of the lines will be carried out.

➢ Done blinding in required places, remove control valves, check valves and replace with spools. Select gauge meter according to the pressure range. Open the Vent and start water filling from the drain side with the help of manifold.

➢ Further carryout and hold as per the QC instructions.

➢ Involved in steam piping (alloy steel) connecting to steam turbine, drain lines, lube oil lines (SS), condensate line & cooling water with supports to adjust its expansions.
➢ Fabrication & erection of gas plant pipe line as per site condition.
➢ Installation of Pipe spools in the running plant with safety and quality.
➢ Hydro testing of pipes & commissioning
➢ Installation of different types of Valves
➢ Erection of Pipe supports
➢ Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
➢ Controlling of Manpower
➢ Erection of Pipes in existing units with all safety measures.
