Revision and accuracy of all kinds of Vouchers.
Reconciliation, handling & revision of Debtor and Creditor accounts.
Checkup of Payroll & employees loan.
Maintaining the reports of all Income and Expenses.
Revision and checking the accuracy of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Monthly & annually Cash Flow statements.
Preparation of Profit & Loss accounts & Balance sheet
Depreciation / Accumulated Depreciation, Prepaid & Accruals
Monthly and annually budgets.
Gosi & Zakah Calculations and adjustments.
Income forecasts by coordination with Project/Marketing manager.
Prepare timely monthly and quarterly reports, working closely with staff team to develop and track departmental expenditures.
Develop, implement, and ensure full compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
Administer all accounting activities using QuickBooks and online banking platform.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient procurement of goods and services.
Ensure ethical, professional and accountable procurement procedures and processes are established and followed.
Prepare all supporting information and working papers for the annual statutory financial audit under the general direction of the Associate Director.
Reporting to Directors and seniors for Decision purpose.
Preparation of all kinds of Vouchers like CPV, BRV, BPV & JV.
Preparation and check of Day Book.
To handle the petty Cash.
Preparation of Payroll.
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
Preparation of labor Wages by hours & product.
Help to CFO in maintaining the reports of all Exp. Income, Debtors, & Creditors etc.
Checkup of daily correspondence of incoming & outgoing mails.
