1. Assist program and regional managers to develop systematic and realistic
Monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report
on project performance indicators.
2. Coordinate the implementation of baseline surveys, follow?on monitoring
and documentation exercises for various initiatives in the region.
3. Build capacity of local communities, partners and staff on the logical
framework, data management, data analysis and results?oriented
Programming, monitoring methods and principles and
report writing techniques and requirements for relevant donors to ensure
compliance.
4. Develop program and operational reporting templates that facilitate the
acquisition and aggregation of information in programs.
5. Coordinated compilation and dissemination of Annual and Quarterly
Reports for the programs in the region.
6. Organize and coordinate lessons learnt workshops/review of program
work plans.
7. Facilitate documentation and reporting of assessments, program data,
lessons learnt and best practices for internal and external sharing.
8. Develop and maintain effective information database on projects,
providing resource and necessary support for program inputs and
outputs.
9. Act as a focal person for communication in the region, coordinating
information request and documentation of best practices for internal and
external sharing.
10. Responsible for implementation of the social mobilization strategy at the Village & UC level.
11. To represent & introduce Organization into communities, its goals and objectives to ensure confidence building and smooth entry within communities.
12. Conduct Broad Based Community Meetings (BBCM) at the grass root (village) level.
13. Register Community Development Volunteers and maintain Volunteer Database.
14. Conduct training and provide guidelines for CDVs and community structures such as community management system training.
15. Work closely with CDVs and build the capacity in social mobilization to encourage higher community participation.
16. Conduct data verification (data collection & general vulnerability information of targeted communities) of data utilized in program planning and implementation.
17. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of social mobilization activities in coordination with Quality Enhancement Unit (QEU) specifically M&E unit.
18. Liaise & co-ordinate with all stakeholders at UC level.
19. Document and submit reports as required in a timely manner to concerned bodies.
20. Organize volunteer acknowledgement ceremonies at the UC level.
21. Prepare and validate beneficiaries list for program interventions.
22. Data collection from communities and cleaning of data with M&E unit.
23. Frequent field visits to communities and other stakeholders for information sharing.
24. Submission of daily field visit reports to the Team Leader.
