SALES EXECUTIVE
Role Accountabilities: a. Client Management
• Promoting our products through visiting and meeting different customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong brand loyalty.
• To communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and exceed their expectations.
• Responsible for maintaining high standards of Visual Merchandising
• Investigate the upcoming projects after a complete market and industry research.
• Responsible to arrange demo, PQR and presentations of products.
• Contact project managers to find out their requirement for upcoming projects.
• Contact procurement professionals to finalize different deals after submission of quotations of our products.
• To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations after discussion about new inquires.
• Responsible to make sure the delivery against purchase orders of customers through supply and warehouse team.
• Managing to solve customer's complains after sales with the help of technicians.
• Coordination & strong follow-up with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordination with all the supporting departments
• Responsible to follow up all outstanding dues towards customers to ensure collection of receivables.
• To make sure about payments within agreed period from customers.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets.
• Increase profit margins by demonstrating to the sales team the importance and need of identifying customer needs.
• Ability to manage various clients on a day to day basis.
• Proven success in negotiating and closing deals.

b. Planning and Reporting
• To prepare the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports based on the Route Plan presenting results by customer.
• To submit customers' requirements and needs to the Area Sales Manager.
• To prepare "Quotations" and "Introductory Letters".
• To discuss with the Area Sales Manager encountered problems or difficulties in addition to recommended solutions and needed actions.
• To be knowledgeable and up to date about the company, market and competitors' products.
• To properly implement the company's sales and coverage policies in addition to sales strategies, especially in terms of pricing, promotions, discounts, collections, operations, contracts.
• To meet or exceed the Sales and Collection targets.
• To ensure all products are priced as per company's policy.
• To observe and analyze all ongoing actions in the marketplace, ensuring timely feedback and accurate information and market intelligence.
• To perform other assignments given by manager and in line with the work limits.

IT AND COMPUTER SKILLS: • Ability to work on Oracle, ERP, POP and SAP.
• Ability to on windows based office PC applications using access, word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent command over installation of the operating systems and software.
• Upgrading and configuring to windows XP Professional, windows vista and windows 7.
• Troubleshooting of hardware, software and installation problems.
• Installing Plug & Play and Non-Plug & Play Devices.
• Managing windows XP Professional, windows vista and windows 7 Desktop.
• Managing Users and Groups.
• Managing Data Encryption with EFS and Disk Defragmenter utility.
• Configuring File Systems, Disks Storage and Data Compression.
• Excellent command over internet browsing and emailing.
• Excellent command over Hardware troubleshooting, Fault Diagnosing and Hardware Installation.
