Manage full spectrum of payroll processing (SQL SYSTEM) which includenfor monthly payroll and statutory contribution, payslip and yearly EA Form. Check and verify employee attendance, leave record, claim and manage overall staff personal files. Responsible for recruitment administration, including screening application and liasing with candidate. Liase with government agency (Lhdn, Kwsp, Perkeso, Imigration, Fomema). Prepare oficial letters to government agencies also for the staffs. Manage all statutory contributions and payment to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax. Keep in sales, expenses, receipts for tax claim also prepare for report sales. Manage/deal with foreign workers for Passport, permit renew and doing the Fomema. Liase with PBT (mpk, mbsa, dbkl, mbsj, mbpj) for licinse aplly/renew, also summon issue. Liase with immigration for foreign workers issues (update eplks system, special pass, outpass ). Liase with Ambassy India, Indonesia and Pakistan for related matters. Liase with JTK, FWCMS AND KSM and prepare all the documents related for apply new qouta for foreign workers. Deal with landlord and subtenant prepare for stamping agreement and follow up for payment. Lisa's with TNB and AIR SELANGOR for registration new account, change account, or any related matter.
