Responsibilities for T-24 Handling 24 x 7 IT Operations
Performed daily basis activities such as performing End of Day through T24 Core banking system, batch processing activities, Files uploading, Monitoring of Servers and its file Systems
Responsible to take proactive measures for EOD failures and System/Services interruptions by following the escalation matrix, Raising of Support Desk, logs and coordination with relevant IT Units for the service interruption till issue resolutions.
Coordination with BMs and BSMs for the smooth running of T24 modules including P.O printing and all other related features.
