•• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinates, oversees and perform a wide variety of administrative and business development activities.
• Oversees and participates in the coordination, supervision, and completion of projects.
• Gathers and updates data to maintain departmental records and databases.
• Monitors and coordinates selling activities as appropriate, and prepares internal reports for management, as required.
• Interior designing as per customer requirements.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Ensuring that supplier invoice matches with the PR, PO & GRN.
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
• Respond to all vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, Identification and rectification of discrepancies if any.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Managing the company’s financial accounts, prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities, maintained daybook, posted ledgers personnel data files, handling accounts payables and receivables, prepare and send invoices to debtors, reporting fund position, weekly and monthly MIS (with MS Excel), dealing with internal and external customers at all levels via telephone, email & direct.
i have practical knowledge about my field as i have done internships during the course. In Bank Alfalah i worked in the credit department. In Ahmed Fine Textile Mills i worked in the Accounts department.
