• Daily oversee the overall implementation and operation as well as carry out necessary project coordination of UMW Innovation Lab, Serendah for 3 years.
• Collaborating with project leaders to define and execute 10 R&D projects.
• Aiding in the establishment of 10 R&D project plans, including setting deadlines and determining priorities.
• Determining financial requirements and capabilities, including budgets and resource allocation for projects and lab operations within 2 months for Annual Business Plan Review.
• Supervising the project management process to ensure work meets 100% quality standards and compliances as well as underlining within established deadlines and budgets.
• Documenting the R&D project's progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders such as Executive Director by monthly.
• Appointed Issuer for Permit to Work (PTW) and Visitor Security Approval (VSA) for UMW Innovation Lab, Serendah for 4 years.
• Appointed Risk Champion for UIRDC Risk Register and Business Impact Analysis for 3 years.
• CREST@2021 Ambassador representing UIRDC, an initiative to drive teamwork and collaboration among UIRDC Employees.
• Obtained UIRDC recognition as R&D Status Company from MIDA for 5 years.
• Managing and Maintaining Facilities and other General Services at 20 Storey Kenanga International Building as well as it's tenants.
• Supporting property consultants and prospective tenants in site visits.
Research and Development: 1. Researching new extraction techniques to improve efficiency and sustainability during mining activities. 2. Investigating the geochemical properties of ores and their impact on processing methods. 3. Developing innovative solutions for mineral extraction and processing challenges. 4. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on mineral resource management. Industry Involvement: 1. Gain membership in professional organizations related to mining and mineral engineering. 2. Participation in conferences, seminars, or workshops on mineral resources and engineering. 3. Involvement in industry-driven initiatives aimed at promoting responsible mining practices.
