- Preparation of weekly trading pack (with KPIs of revenue, profitability and operations) and presenting to CEO, CFO, head of operations and business managers;
- Preparing and analyzing monthly MIS in line with budget, last year’s performance and future plans;
- Monitoring brand, mall and country wise profit and loss statement on monthly basis and investigating the reason of significant variance;

- Processing monthly joint billing along with preparation and distribution of invoices to joint partners;
- Full spectrum of financial accounting role for AP, AR, GL and budgeting;
- Managing complete accounting functions of subsidiary company (Wintershall Holding Gmbh - Abu Dhabi) along with cost allocations for Iran and other projects;
- Maintaining good relations with banks and raising any facility or funds on need basis;
- Ensuring that project cost allocations are in line with management agreements; and
- Responsible for monthly cash flow forecasting.
- Managed portfolio of audit clients, which includes, planning, supervision and finalization of statutory audits in compliance with Local Laws and regulations, KPMG Audit Manual (KAM), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs);
- Prepared separate as well as consolidated financial statements in accordance with requirements of IFRSs, ISAs Companies Ordinance and local GAAPs;
- Responsible for group reportings;
- Worked on special purpose and carved out financial statements; and
- Undertook planning and finalization of engagements, resolution of key issues and delivering clearance presentations.
