As a QSHE manager (47 Associates), responsible for ensuring products and services meet the established quality standards and customer requirements. This include developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting regular inspections and audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, training staff on quality protocols, and collaborating with other departments to address quality issues. Also involved in obtaining quality certifications, resolving customer complaints, and continuously improving the quality management system.
