• Work as a Senior Procurement Officer from Oct.2020 to till date.
Supervise all procurement and Logistic Activities Company Projects.
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Discussion with technical team and prepare PR request.
•Preparing RFQ’s as per project specification & collecting offers from vendors/suppliers.
•Preparing comparison sheet and Technical comments from offers provided by suppliers.
•Responsible for Kickoff initial submittal and further negotiations with vendor.
•Handling procurement modules for Microsoft AX dynamics.
•Maintain vendor managment module / Items HS code creations in AX dynamics.
•Prepare & Issue PO in AX dynamics.
•Weekly / monthly reports to management, monitoring and facilitating under staff.
•Vendor registration including SSQ & NDA
•Responsible for logistic issues including ex-work shipments till destination.
•Responsible for custom clearance and aware of customs procedures and documents.
•Experienced with vast knowledge of domestic/international suppliers.
•Supply chain coordination among the departments like finance, store, & warehouse.
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Inspecting and supervising all construction work at site including materials quality and quantity for Foundation work Fence work, trenching, laying cables, back filling and complete reinstatement.
•Coordinating with client office for any modification required at site for execution of the project.
•Preparing as-built for executed work and Bill of quantities (BOQ) for invoicing.
•Manage day to day operations of procurement process.
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Follow up Purchase Requests(PRs) issued from factory upto Purchase Orders (POs) issued from Procurement department & follow up of deliveries of material from suppliers to Warehouse after issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
•To solve issues of factory on daily basis related to Procurement.
•Price negotiation with suppliers.
•Analyzing the Quotations prices.
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Implementation of procurement procedures - ensuring compliance to all procurement policies and procedures are met. Coordinating between vendor and -
•Procurement & Finance Department for Commercial issues.
•Logistics Department & Warehouse for Equipment Delivery related issues.
•Visiting Supplier Fabrication shops to provide a comprehensive review of the exact status of the order provide any on site action to rectify any potential problem areas.
•To track and maintain the post PO progress regularly in the form of reports - “Material Status Reports” to be submitted to senior management and also to operating levels using Microsoft dynamics AX.
•Responsible for all imports from Europe, USA, Germany, China and UAE etc.
•Responsible for follow up customs clearance from imported goods at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia region.
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Prepare submittal according to project requirement and responsible to take approval from consultant.
•Purchasing of electrical, mechanical and civil materials.
•Maintain solid professional relationships with vendors while continually negotiating to obtain favorable pricing and discount structures.
•Documenting how requests for goods and services gain approval, how to place and execute orders and the process for approving invoices for the accounts payable function.
Key Responsibility Areas:
•Inspected various construction project materials like Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and assembled units.
•Float enquirers, received quotations, making comparison sheet finalize and contract after negotiations.
•Review quality plans, quality procedures submitted by vendors for final approval with the material requisition and other applicable specifications codes and standards.
•Ensured that goods were deliver at the right place on right time using effective negotiations skills to achieve advance delivery dates.
