CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR:
Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited:
• From February, 2007 till DEC-2016.
Customer Care: Work in Customer Care Import & Export Documentation.
• Making Import Invoice Gate Pass & Export Invoice.
• Make Terminal Receipt and Terminal Receipt List.
• Making of Export General Manifest.
• Send E-mails to Shipping Lines to Daily Summary of their Terminal Receipts and MDB files.
• Documentation of all import export container at Receivable and delivery department with efficient use of data base (NAVIS N4 2.6 Ver. & SPARCS 2.6 Ver.) Billing software and the mailing system.
• Checking of PODs & deal with Shipping Lines regarding PODs Routing work.


DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Import and Export documents receive in Customer Care.
• Making TR’s, TR List, and EGM.
• Coordination with shipping lines regarding charges matters.
• Check VIR and IGM of vessels.
• Coordinate with shipping lines for DND (Do Not Discharge), Mismatch, over manifest units & PC (Port Clearance).
• Coordinate with customs for import and export examination.
• Coordinate with Planning, Customer Support, and Operation regarding WeBoC grounding & sealing matters.
• Coordinate with shipping lines regarding PODs ROUTING matters.
• Plan containers for Examination, Scanning & Weight in Sparcs.

TERMINAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (WEBOC).
Was made to rotate amongst all the various departments pertaining to terminal operations in order to grasp on concepts and procedures to understand and manage all activities as under:
• Vessel Registration & Import Cargo Manifestation (Vessel berthing, discharging & loading)
• WeBoC / Non- WeBoC Import Examination Grounding / Weighment Process
• Import documentation process (WeBoC / Non- WeBoC)
• Export Processes (WeBoC / Non- WeBoC)
• Dray-Off (WeBoC / Non- WeBoC)

TERMINAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PLANNING / 06 MONTHS).

• Maintain different type of queues as terminal per requirement.
• Import CY/CFS, shifting containers for examination, weighment, scanning.
• Send Export vessel recap / list to shipping lines as per requirement.
• Coordination with shipping lines through emails/ phone.
• Send load list to concern shipping lines.
