Responsible for execution and delivery of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) works on large-scale industrial and petrochemical projects in MAADEN and SABIC affiliate Petrochemical Plants. Actively involved in project execution planning, site coordination, material management, safety standards compliance, and testing & commissioning, while leading E&I teams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely completion of works in operating plants and shutdown environments.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
Lead and supervise E&I site teams, coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, manage material submittals and approvals, and maintain accurate execution and commissioning documentation.
Shutdown & Brownfield Project Support
Support shutdown and brownfield projects for SABIC affiliates, including IBN SINA, Petrokemya North, and IBN ZAHR, executing termination, testing, commissioning, and MCC breaker testing in coordination with vendors and operations teams.
Industrial E&I Project Execution
Execute electrical and instrumentation works on industrial facilities and petrochemical plants, ensuring compliance with approved design, project specifications, and Saudi industrial standards.
Substation-to-Field Power Works
Carry out and supervise MCC modifications, substation-to-field cable laying, power distribution panel (PDP) installation, termination, testing, and energization as per approved design and execution plans.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning
Perform and oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and solo run activities for electrical equipment, instruments, control valves, MOVs, penstock actuators, lighting systems, and associated field devices.
Method Statements & Safety Compliance
Prepare and obtain approval for Method Statements, execution procedures, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and assist HSE teams with EHSS planning to ensure safe execution within live plant environments.
Material Procurement & Technical Approvals
Coordinate E&I material procurement, technical submittals, and client approvals, ensuring compliance with approved design packages, specifications, and project requirements to support uninterrupted site execution.

Electrical Design Implementation: Overseeing the implementation of electrical designs for building systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications.

Installation Supervision: Managing the installation of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and safely.

Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all electrical installations comply with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as safety standards and regulations.

Site Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, check the quality of workmanship, and identify any potential issues.

Coordination with Contractors: Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to coordinate electrical work and resolve any on-site issues.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of electrical installations, inspections, and any changes to the project scope or design.

Material Management: Ensuring the timely procurement and management of electrical materials and components, and verifying their quality before installation.

•Cost estimation and proposal preparation for the procurement of Electrical equipment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
•Amendment in proposed electrification model to make system more efficient and effective.
•Design and implementation of primary and secondary distribution system and street light network.
•Preparation of Bill of quantities and rate analysis of all electrical works
•Maintaining meticulous documentation of project progress, facilitating accurate prediction of project completion timelines and ensuring transparency in project management.
•Load analysis of distribution network and street light network.
•Ensuring the quality of all electrical equipment installed and all ongoing works on site.
•Testing of electrical equipment of distribution network for its proper functioning.
•Supervision of all ongoing electrical work on the site
•Designing the inventory management system for the electrical store of DHA phase IV Islamabad.

•Implementation of the Proposed Electrical Plans provided by the Client, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
•Conducting thorough load analysis of electrical systems to optimize performance and ensure seamless functionality.
•Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper functionality.
•Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with required specifications and standards, ensuring the highest level of quality in all electrical works
•Complete understanding of all the drawings and typical section for the execution of electrical plans.
•Proposing suitable amendments to the client in the proposed plan to make it more effective and efficient.
•Carrying out the Billing process of all the electrical work completed.
•Supervision of all Electrical Works.
•Preparing quotations and Cost estimates/ rate analysis for bidding of upcoming project.

•Working closely with other engineers, technicians, and departments to achieve project goals and improve processes.
•Assisting with on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
•Rectification of electrical faults of site camp.
•Ensuring that all activities comply with company policies, standards, and safety regulations.
•Supporting senior engineers in the design and development of electrical systems, components, and products.
•Communicating with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and ensure the timely delivery of materials and components.
•Providing technical support and information to clients and responding to their inquiries and feedback.
•Installation of electrical equipment i.e Transformers, LT service Boxes, Street light poles, Street Light fixture and Street light control panels etc.
