Installation, Configuration and Management of the Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
Installation, Configuration and Management of Windows Based Servers (all versions), IIS/TMG/Squid FTP Servers, SQL Database Servers, Antivirus Servers.
Hands on Experience of SQL databases creating/restoring & fetching /deleting/updating table’s data with query.
Installation, Configuration and Management of enterprise storage (HP, IBM etc.).
Installation, Configuration and Management of MS Exchange Services 2013 and latest.
Installation, Configuration and Management Linux /Ubuntu servers.
Installation, Configuration and Management of all kind of Wi-Fi routers switches & load balancers.
Trust between two forests, setting up, configuration and maintenance of servers and desktops (including group policies etc.)
Hardware and Software Maintenance, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of all above platforms and for all environments (Live, Test and Disaster Recovery). This also includes frequent services monitoring checklist on defined frequencies.
Software distribution across server & PC Platforms. Centralized Application Rollout and maintenance through system center.
To install, receive and distribute Antivirus updates to all Wintel servers and PC's.
Assists in the development of standards for in-house internal and external applications Monitors and administers the in house application farms
Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other IT groups.
Keeps fully abreast of trends and changing technologies as they relate to IT standards.
Compliance and implementation of all policies and procedure in true spirit. Also, ensure compliance to IT audit observations and recommendation.
Regular review and update of all documentation of the domain area.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned by manager.

Job responsibilities
o Operation, maintenance, monitoring & Escalating Alarm on Siemens/Nokia platform and provides support to concerned departments.
o Command on monitoring Alarms on R99 and R4 Terminals.
o Good understanding of alarms (Cyclic, Trunk group, E1’s, Link set) and know how to rectify them.
o Good understanding of Siemens HLR
o Understand how to define Trunks for any BSC and MSC
o Basic understanding of Routing (local and inter operator)
o Good understanding of Siemens Event Manager (@coms)
o Command on NetAct
