Coordination with Heads of Departments in order to maintain the approved strength of the employees.
Guide and monitor the hiring process of employees’ along with Heads of Responsible to develop and maintain departmental and company wide consolidated organ gram showing manning strength, strategic manpower planning, succession planning and career growth/development.
Coordination in implementation of Performance Management System of employees in close liaison with the heads of departments.
Developed HR procedures & processes keeping in view of the organization’s strategic goals.
Looking after matters pertaining to issuance of appointment and confirmation letters, management of employee personal files, database and payroll system.
Responsible to conduct Assessment centers for the position of Management Trainee position.
Coordination for hiring the management level position.
• Supervision of all personnel matter especially Recruitment & Selection phase.
• Responsible of Human Resource Information System.
• Responsible to format all types of Job contracts.
• Responsible of Employee Exit Interviews.
• Coordination in school related matters & selection of staff.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) HR Module:-
• Played a leading part to introduce, develop and launch ERP HR module in CBL.
Suggested improvements in system as per the user as well as organization’s system
Requirements.
