Reporting to Group Chairman, I am responsible for implementing and maintaining the infrastructure of the Human Resources function of this 70 years old diversified Group (brands: Bosch, Avis, Xerox, Ricoh, etc.); support leadership by identifying and coordinating HR services, appropriate and effective strategies related to staffing, compensation, performance management, training and development, rewards and recognition, employee relations, policy administration, employee communications, and reporting across all geographies.

Worked as an HR Consultant for a UK based family law firm. Responsible for human resource management advice and consultancy services, developing and implementing HR strategies, providing strategic input to human capital management issues, undertaking human resource management projects and lead human resources policy development and implementation.

Exhibited decisive leadership, vision and direction for this 45 years old family conglomerate with 35, 000+ employees worldwide. Led in diverse capacities including Real Estate, Civil Construction to MEP, Power Projects, Bulk Commodities Trading, Automobile Trading and Facilities Management. Spearheaded and controlled the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures, talent management, career development, employee engagement, culture change and organisation design programs.

Subject matter and consultative expert delivering counsel and leadership to a conglomerate of large and medium-sized companies employing 20, 000+ and specialising in information technology, media, entertainment, education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, trade, financing, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and robotics. A key source of guidance and strategy on proactive approaches to delivering services and increasing business through innovative Human Resources Management tactics.

Principal strategist and organisational visionary incharge of leading a diverse organisation serving as a front-line local recruitment and training hub for high profile clients like British Sky Broadcasting, Virgin Media, EDF Energy, and Scottish Power.
