Telenor ZTE Swap Project in central region(Faisalabad)
• SSV’S (Singles Site Verification) for Roll out Sites and existing sites as well.
•Drive Test includes Site Verification: TRX Test, Intra/Inter Site Handovers, identification of RxLev/RxQual Problems on Downlink, Co-channel interference in case of poor quality also identification of issues such as Interference, Overshoots, Call Drop, Block Call, HO Failure, Missing Neighbor etc.
• Identification & removal of swap(sector swap and partial swap).
• Verifying that handovers between sectors and neighboring sites take place as per optimization requirement.
•Site Audit: Verification of site in the field to make sure the Azimuth, heights antenna types Electrical Mechanical Tilts etc. are as planned
• EDGE & GPRS Testing of Throughputs
• Walk Test for Indoor Locations including GPRS, EDGE& Call Testing
• Performance Report of Drive Testing with help of certain tools such as TEMS, MAP-Info etc.
•
• Customer complaints and report analysis.
• Cluster drive PRE/POST.

• GPRS/EDGE Drive Test
• Using the TEMS Investigation to observe the particular call parameters such as Rx-Level, Rx-Qual, C/I, SQI
• TRX Testing for the sites with voice degradation issues
• To drive test the sites having customer complaints and report the issue
• Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming / Outgoing HO)
• Physical audits of the sites to collect the physical data
• PRE and POST Drive Test
