Responsibilities Includes,
Conducting initial meeting with clients to gain knowledge about their requirements.
Prepare chart of accounts & presentations for the client meeting for transition on IFRS from old system of book keeping.
Review the work of staff members working in client’s office and ensure that they are complying with set standards.
Develop controls for the clients to ensure the smooth running of business.
Preparing quarterly financial forecast of the company.
Monitoring actual expenses against the budget/forecast and providing monthly trend analysis of costs.
Monthly monitoring of company KPIs and target achievements.
Month end financial reporting and closing of accounts.
Computation of revenue based on timesheets and preparing monthly invoices for customers.
Preparing and maintaining monthly financial closing files and vouchers for audit purposes.
Making monthly and quarterly presentations for the CEO and board meetings.
Performing pre-audit scrutiny of accruals, revenue and cost. Ensuring records accurately reflect transactions.
Assisting and interacting with external auditors for the annual audit of the company.
