My role involves leading all kinds of Construction activities on site and report directly to the Project Manager & Sheikh on all matters related to the project, Develop / Review / Implement Quality Control Documents, Quality Manuals, Quality Plans, Procedures, Prequalification, Material Submittal, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Quality check list and monthly quality report. Ensure and supervise works being carried out like as Excavation, Utilities, Dewatering, Showering, Piling, curing, backfilling, Waterproofing, Structural, Post tension slab, Architectural & Fit out works as per project specifications, approved drawings and Quality Control plans and procedures. Familiar with soil work- soil investigation, Classification of soil, backfill and compaction test, different types of soil test etc. Concrete works- pre- pours inspections of formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement. Coordination with client and consultant, Negotiations with sub-contractors. Assist in Sampling of construction materials for third party lab test and field test. Attending and coordinating end-user for the rectification snag items prior to project initial handing over.
In-charge: 20Km section (Bridges, culverts, Drainage like Line & V-drain etc.)
● Daily report to Team Lead & Project Manager
● Daily planning with Team lead & Site Supervisors.
● Preparation of Weekly Progress reports and submit to project manager
● Checking and correcting layout as per drawing.
● Checking form work, including starter, quality of film ply, spacers, etc.
● Maintaining Reinforcement and formwork according to specifications, including steel, binding, cover blocks, chairs.
● Curing and finishing of Structural members including curing min 7 days and props left under according to structural member specifications.
● Finishing of casted members to précised bob specifications.
● Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
● Coordination with Client and consultant.
● Prepare all documentation record and ensure that all reports/records are completed and collected as required.
● Good knowledge of drawings (Buildings, Bridges, ESP’s).
● Preparation of GFC, BBS and Various Quantity calculation.
● Assessment and Planning of Civil and Permanent Way Work.
● Preparing DPRs & MPRs.
● Supervision and approval of the materials, equipment and workmanship proposed by the contractors.
● Maintaining record of all assets.
● Earth Work, Leveling, Supervision of concrete pouring, Erection
● Execution of Architectural, Structural, & MEP Works as per approved drawing
● Execution of Bridges, Culverts, Fobs, Drainage
