Working as Management Representatives for various audit program of International Apparel brands such as Levis, Inditex, JCP, AEO etc. These audit program covers Environmental, Chemical, Health & Safety, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, Social Compliance, Sustainability etc. Core Responsibilities is to handle & manage data & target settings such as Energy, Waste, Water, Waste Water, Air Emissions etc.
Environment Aspect Impact calculations, acquiring of construction and operational phase environmental Noc from Environmental Protection Department. Environmental Management Plans and mitigation measures .
Further more chemical management, social compliance management, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, Regen Agri, HIgg FEM, SLCP etc.
• To Develop, implement and manage a compliance assurance program regarding environmental management to ensure environmental rules, regulations, standards etc.
• Point of contact for discussing any changes to the scope of works, project boundary limits, reporting of incidents and non- conformances relating to the Environmental Management Plans / NOCs.
• Environment monitoring program as per the legal requirements (Air, Noise, dust, water and ground water, waste generation and management.
Air quality monitoring parameters (including CO, SO, S02, N02, C02, H2S, PM10, PM2.5)
• Suggest / Implement air pollution prevention devices (i.e. ESP, Scrubber System, Dust Collectors)
• Support continuous improvement of the site's Environmental Management System including developing compliance demonstrations identifying potential regulatory non- compliances and facilitate corrective actions
• Ensure all site staffs are informed of any environmental requirements and changes
• Co-ordinate environmental site training (toolbox talks) and inductions.
• Preparing environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and providing inputs to master plans and feasibility studies in support of the delivery of major infrastructure.

• Monitors water consumption and implements water-saving initiatives. Collaborates with facilities and landscaping teams to optimize water usage.
• Energy management audits & implementations of energy conservation /reduction strategies

• Monitor and analyze environmental data for reporting purposes.
• Implementation of ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standard requirements.
• In the event of environmental incidents or emergencies, responsible for coordinating and implementing response plans to contain and mitigate the impact. Such as spills, accidents, or unforeseen environmental issues that may arise during construction / Operational Activities.
• Provide training and education to relevant teams on environmental best practices, safety measures, and compliance requirements.
• Conducting greenhouse gas emissions calculations encompassing Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 utilizing a range of tools and protocols, including the US EPA Tool, GHG Protocol, Quantis, and the Higg Index.
• Develop and oversee plans to meet facility/ project Objectives, Targets, and Goals aligned to the Global and company Strategies.

• Prepare and complete environmental aspects and impacts register other risk reviews, including identification of related controls to manage the environmental risks related to the scope of work and location.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that environmental initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
• Develop, implement, and manage environmental strategies to ensure operations are sustainable and environmentally responsible.
• Engaging in partnerships with third-party entities for the purpose of Environmental Monitoring and Industrial Hygiene surveys.
• To conduct Management review meetings regarding the implementations and progress of environmental management plans / objectives.
