Develop & Lead internal Food Safety Team & provide them Awareness & Technical Guidance on System compliance.

Supervise production of Meat Ready to Eat & Ready to Cook Products include formed, uncoated, Crispy coated, cooked uncooked products, Sausages & Mince.
•Responsible of “Production Planning, Manhandling, Material Requisitions, forecasting finished stock level on given Sales plan.
•Enhance day productivity by Minimizing Time Losses, keep strict supervision on Labor handling & shifts allocation.
•Keep wastages under control on raw material, rework develop during processing & wastages on Packaging material under limits.
•Control Energy Losses by avoiding production down times, conduct machines & facility Maintenances on time.
•Do Timely Trouble shooting on problems with product, & machine. Maintain an effective Communication with production Quality & Maintainace departments to ensure smooth running of factory.
•Maintain positive Reporting to top management on all factory related matters.
•Take Reporting of line Quality Control” to ensure process control & other GMP hygiene Standards are implemented.
•Take Analytical & Micro Lab to Pass the Production Lot. Follow routine Lab results to maintain compliance on Product Specification & Area Hygiene of Facility.
•Facilitate Export Customers Inspections including, Dubai Municipality
•Food safety Team Leader of ISO-22000 & HACCP.
•update ISO22000 Documents, & Conduct Management Review meeting
•Conduct Food safety trainings of Labors & Food Safety Team.
Achievement:
•Increase Production capacity by 35% & Reduce Labor Requirements by 20% within 8 months of Joining PK Group.
•Approve PKM as region supplier for Burger King Pakistan.
•Resume the suspended HACCP & ISO2200Certification of PKM successfully in 2013.
•Completed the Recertification’s process of ISO 22000 & HACCP successfully in 2014.
Maintain GMP & Hygiene Standards of Dominos Outlets & production facility.
•Monitor Cold Chain, Raw Material supplies, Storing & Dispatching on set STD’s.
•Conduct Monthly Audits, of Production facility, stores & Suppliers.
